Swift CMS connects customer support and store operations. Manage tickets, products and stock, suppliers, purchase orders, transfers and returns, alongside team chat, announcements, notifications and performance reports. Organise your workspace around your stores, departments and the people who work in them.
02How do customers log a ticket?
Each business gets a dedicated customer-facing website where customers can submit tickets, such as enquiries, complaints, returns and stock questions. Your team handles those requests in Swift CMS, assigning the right department and person and keeping the internal work together. The customer website is separate from your staff workspace.
03Does the mobile app work offline?
Yes. The mobile app brings your Swift CMS workspace with you and supports offline access to synced data. Supported changes made offline sync automatically when your connection returns. Some actions still need an internet connection, and data needs to have synced to your device before it can be available offline.
04Can we manage more than one store?
Yes. Set up your stores and departments in one company workspace. Assign team members to the relevant locations and departments, then use store filters to focus on the tickets, stock and reports you need.
05What is included in inventory management?
Manage a product catalogue with stock by store, low-stock thresholds and stock adjustments. You can also manage suppliers and purchase orders, receive stock, transfer it between stores, record returns and connect products to support tickets. The workspace owner can enable or disable the inventory module.
06How do team access and invitations work?
Invite employees to your existing workspace and give them access based on their role, stores and departments. Owners can manage role templates and permissions so each person has the tools appropriate to their responsibilities. Employee invitations are separate from the early-access code used to create a new company workspace.
07Can I report on support and stock performance?
Yes. Reports cover ticket volumes, resolution rates, average resolution time and breakdowns by ticket type and department, together with inventory totals and low-stock visibility. Filter by store and reporting period, and export reports to CSV.
08How do I get started?
Swift CMS is invite-only during early access. If you have a workspace invite code from our team, choose Get started to create your account, add your company, stores and departments, and review your setup. If you are joining an existing team, use the employee invitation shared by your workspace administrator.
